It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests (8 guest with the pull-out sofa). The gated community is near Disney aswell as outlets and restaurants and gives you a perfect starting point for your adventures. With a wonderful pool area & a gym, you also have the opportunity to just relax the whole day staying home. In our lovely, sunny and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo located on ground floor and renovated with wooden floors you will find: 🛏️Bedrooms - 3 beds that can accommodate up to 6 people, 8 people if you use the pull out sofa - one bedroom that is furnished with a king-sized bed, TV, armed chair a drawer and has its own bathroom, new showerhead and LIGHT fixture and spacious walk-in closet - one bedroom that is furnished with a queen and a double bed; brand new mattress and bedding, a TV, a drawer and its own spacious walk-in closet. It also has direct access to its own big bathroom , with a new showerhead and Light fixture. 🛋️The living room is connected with the kitchen and offers 1 sofa (that can be converted into a double-sized bed), an armchair with an ottoman, a TV and direct access to a lovely south facing sunny patio. 🍋The kitchen is fully equipped (granite countertops, standard size appliances, and a table ready for 6, 8 if you use the "bar". We also have -full size washer and dryer; (“laundry room") -fresh linens and towels; -ceiling fans and air conditioning; -wooden floor -WALK-IN Closets for Master and Guest Bedroom -New TV's in Master and Guest Bedroom - free parking right in front of the unit; -free WiFi access in unit and all over the resort; -security gate with a security code -security code to the front door No smoking or animals permitted. The condo unit is completely cleaned before your arrival and upon your departure; Amenities included- Pools 🌊 You have access total 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and a splash pad and water slide.
