Modern and cozy Lake Kashagawigamog cottage. Situated on one of the areas most desirable lakes minutes from the town of Haliburton. Interior is renovated with an open concept layout. Beach Cove is perfect 3 bed/2 bath cottage for couples or small families. *PLEASE NOTE* - DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS, PRICES ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. - There is no longer a hot tub on site. - We only host to guests with previous reviews from AIRBNB hosts. The space This is the perfect location for a quiet, romantic getaway or to spend some time with a small group of family or friends. Large kitchen island with stools and lots of room for eating or playing games. The main bedroom upstairs has a king size bed and dresser. The other two bedrooms both have a queen. We have a small desk in one of the bedrooms. The living room overlooks the lake with a large comfy couch and electric fireplace. A smart TV with Netflix finishes the living room. Off of the kitchen is a walkout to the deck with a propane BBQ. Easily control the HEAT with a central air NEST thermostat. Summer visitors will have access to: -2 person kayak -stand-up paddle board -large floating mat -10ft x 20ft dock where you can catch the morning or evening sun rising or sets due to the amazing south facing cottage location -small fire pit -Propane BBQ -Cottage chairs -A portable dining table and benches that you can take right to the lake -The cottage also has a deck off the lakeside of the cottage where the BBQ is located alongside table and chairs Guest access Guests have access to cottage and property including usage of beach. During the winter season, we do not encourage guests to go onto the lake when frozen. Please know that if guests choose to go onto the frozen lake, they are doing so at their own risk. Entering the lake during the summer season is also at the risk of the guest. During the summer season, we provide life jackets. Please practice water safety when on the water. Please note that you are entering the water at your own risk.
