Features a table with 4 chairs for dining and working, balcony with table and chairs, full kitchen (oven, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes), sofa bed, air conditioning (hot/cold), dressing room, closet and full bathroom with bathtub. The building has a rooftop pool and free laundry. The grill is free of charge but is subject to reservation and for up to 6 guests. Other things to note We provide toiletries (hard and liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner), linens (2 large towels, 1 small towel and queen size sheets) and kitchen cleaning supplies (detergent, sponge and cloth). For long stays (more than 2 weeks), cleaning will be requested every 15 days at an additional cost of ARS 10,000 (ten thousand) and electricity will have a monthly consumption limit of USD 50 (which is reasonable consumption for the number of meters in the apartment). Visitors are not allowed, except for the barbecue and up to 6 people. The apartment's maximum capacity is 2 adults. It is located near Avenida Santa Fe where several buses run, the D Ministro Carranza subway station and the Mitre Line Ministro Carranza railway station. There are several supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and shops around.
