You will be renting the main house and the guesthouse will be occupied by myself or a tenant. Guest access -The house, yard and driveway are all yours. Quiet hours STRICTLY observed between 9pm-8am. -There is a security camera located in the front yard for safety. It does not record sound or images. This is to deter delivery/package theft. There are Ring Doorbell cameras at the front door and yard entrance. There is a camera pointed at the backyard. -The property is split between the house and a small studio guesthouse -My house was built in 1929 and while it is full of character, you may find it lacks some modern conveniences (ie: older plumbing, smaller closets, smaller spaces overall! :) ~420 Friendly~ Registration details STR-11858L, 643867
