This beautiful and bright apartment is located in the "Residence Sporting" in Lu Bagnu - Castelsardo and has everything you need for a fantastic vacation. In addition, there are also two private gardens: an internal courtyard accessed from the bedroom, and a large frontal one to enjoy breakfasts with sea views or dinners admiring the sunsets of our Bay. The Residence is located in the center of Lu Bagnu and is therefore close to bars, restaurants, pharmacies, shops, pubs, markets. The space The apartment consists of an entrance through a spacious garden furnished with tables and chairs so that you can eat outdoors to enjoy the sea view and sunsets. In the garden, there is also a wooden veranda to shelter from the hot sun during the day and from the damp in the evening. The garden leads directly to the living area, where there is a kitchen equipped with everything you need for your vacation (including a dishwasher and induction cooktop). In the living area, there is also a sofa bed that can accommodate up to two people if needed. You then enter the bathroom plated with beautiful Sardinian wax and the bedroom, also connected with a private internal garden. Guest access The apartment is located within a Residence, and it is therefore possible to access and use the common areas: specifically, our guests will be able to use the swimming pool. The swimming pool is open from July 1 to August 31 and observes the following opening hours: Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:40 p.m. There is also a dedicated parking space that we make available to our guests.
