Welcome to our newly renovated, clean, and spacious upstairs apartment with free WiFi! All rooms are fully furnished with a full bed and let in beautiful natural light. The living space allows you to relax on the couch and enjoy a meal from a local restaurant or made in the fully equipped kitchen. The balcony provides sun, fresh air, and a great place for happy hour. We look forward to hosting you in this amazing space! The space Looking for a quiet place close to the amenities of the city? The entire apartment is yours, accessible via private entrance allowing for self check-in. This apartment has 3 bedrooms each with bed, dresser, and closet. The living room has a sleeper sofa should more space be needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, and dining supplies. We also offer personal access to a washer and dryer. Located in the Hamilton neighborhood of Baltimore, the home is right up the road from Baltimore go-tos like Zeke’s Coffee, Koco’s Pub, and Maggie’s Farm. You can walk to coffee, CVS, restaurants, and grocery stores. Bus stops are in walking distance and a Lyft will take you downtown in 15 minutes or less. In this neighborhood you are close to Morgan State and Towson University. Lake Montebello is a quick trip away and a great place to walk, run, and ride your bike. Guest access You have the entire upstairs apartment to yourself! The apartment allows for self check-in. Your private entrance is on the side of the house; you simply take the sidewalk to the right side of the house. From there you will see a set of outdoor steps leading to the #2 unit. Here the key-pad will provide access to the stairwell that leads to your private upstairs apartment. Street parking is free. (A photo can be provided after booking for clarity.) Other things to note The lower level is occupied so quiet hours from 10pm-6am are appreciated. We require ID for booking; it can be submitted by messaging/email. Our streets and surrounding area offers free street parking. If you are here for an extended stay, please note that mail cannot be received at the residence. We are committed to protecting our guests and ourselves during the Covid-19 pandemic. We are implementing extended cleaning procedures, disinfecting all frequently touched surfaces. To limit our cleaners' exposure, we request that guests put all linens they have used in the hall before departure. Thank you for your cooperation. Early check-in may be available; requests for early check-in must be made at the time of booking. Early check-in requests made after confirmed bookings may be available for an additional $35 fee.
