This agreement includes the rental terms, acknowledgment of the Condo’s Governing Rules & Regulations, and the City of Pasadena’s required Non-Smoking Disclosure. The reservation holder must also upload a valid driver’s license or passport and provide full contact information through our secure guest portal. Instructions on purchasing electric vehicle charging through a standard outlet will be provided after you place your reservation.
