The condominium has a laundry structure, fitness center, living space, cafeteria, home office space, market, among other common spaces. NO PARKING SPACE * The space Our space has everything the guest needs for a comfortable stay. The kitchen and living room are integrated, and the bedroom is separate, for greater privacy and comfort. Fully equipped kitchen (we do not have an oven), with all the necessary utensils for preparing a meal, a water filter and the availability of basic kitchen spices for the guest's convenience. Living room with 43” smart TV, air-conditioning and sofa bed. Bedroom with full-size box bed, 36” smart TV. Bathroom with a gas shower. Electronic lock for access. We do not have parking.
