Great for Gator Football weekends, graduation, visiting family, or extended stays for your personal or business trips The space This is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo in the heart of Haile Village. We live in a small quiet building with only 3 other tenants. Third floor unit (no elevator) with large vaulted ceilings and a private balcony. Community pool and gym access can be included if requested. Haile offers local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and more just steps from the from door. Join us for a Saturday stay and experience our local farmers market in the streets. This is just steps from our condo. Enjoy Haile Plantation's gorgeous views, parks, playgrounds, and nature trails. Enjoy being tucked away from the campus congestion while still only 5 miles from I-75, UF, Shands, The Oaks Mall, and local gyms. Great for Gator Football weekends, visiting a student at UF, visiting family in SW GNV, extended stays, or just stopping for the night on your personal or business trip! Guest access There is a designated parking lot for our building located at the rear. You are also welcome to park in any of the street parking in front of the local shops. We are a third floor unit. There is no elevator within the building. Other things to note Please feel free to bring your dog during your stay with us, extra fee applies. Please contact host prior to booking for approval.
