We are located just 5 minutes from Fernão Dias Highway (BR-381) and our environment is totally private and structured for vacation rentals. Ideal, whether for those passing through the city, or who want to stay longer to rest. We call it “Casinha da Roça,” but we're actually in the city, next to the beautiful Praça do Rosário. Pets are very welcome. We have self-check-in to facilitate guest access. This memorable place is anything but ordinary. The space A beautiful 1950s house that has been completely renovated for relaxation. Everything was thought out with great affection to provide a relaxing experience, where simplicity enchants! Located near the historic center of the city of Perdões, surrounded by nature, with a mango tree at the back door, this charming little house is the perfect place for those seeking tranquility and comfort. Pets are very welcome here, as our space is all fenced in. Feel like you're literally staying in a 1950s house, but with the comfort of modern construction. The house consists of an en-suite with a double bed with pocket springs, BRAND NEW air-conditioning and a charming bathroom with a skylight. Full kitchen with minibar, cooktop, microwave, basic utensils, wine glasses. There is also an extra room with a single bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a small living room with a masonry sofa. Outside the back area, there is a small area with grass, shower and portable barbecue.
