Enjoy Sesimbra from our studio, just a short walk from the beach and village center. The studio offers all the essentials for a pleasant stay, including a kitchenette, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV. With easy self check-in and direct beach access, you can relax to the sound of the ocean and return to a cozy space after exploring at your own pace. Perfect for beach lovers and seafood enthusiasts. The space The studio is the result of a deep rehabilitation and has an area of 45m2, located inside a building complex in front of California Beach, with private beach access through the building elevator that will lead you to a tourniquet and a stairway leading to the beach. Please note: This apartment is located on the basement level of the building and is accessible only via stairs. The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, induction stove, mini fridge, 100L water heater, Dolce Gusto expresso coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. The windows are equipped with electric blinds. Equipped with Smart TV, fast WiFi and Air Conditioning that heats and cool that apartment. There is no private parking, but you can find free parking on the street. Guest access Guests will have direct access to the beach located inside the building which is reserved exclusively for residents. It's possible to can park for free on the street right in front of our building, there is also a small parking lot a few meters away from our building entrance. We don't have any private parking. Guests should request them in advance when necessary. 📍Electrical Appliances: To prevent tripping the electrical panel, please avoid using multiple high-powered appliances (e.g., air conditioning, kettle, toaster, and hob) at the same time. 📍Water Heater: A private 100-liter water heater is available for guest use, so please be mindful of hot water usage in both the kitchen and bathroom. If the hot water runs out, it may take up to 2 hours for the water heater to fully reheat. We recommend using hot water efficiently to ensure a steady supply throughout your stay. Thank you for your understanding! 📍Luggage Storage: Unfortunately, it is not possible to leave luggage in the apartment or anywhere in the building before check-in or after check-out. We do not have a designated luggage storage facility, and for security reasons, we aim to avoid any risk of misplaced or missing items.
