If you need an extra car spot, you can park on the grass in between the driveway in the house, or choose free parking on a side street. Other things to note After booking, you will receive a renters agreement via email to sign and there will be a security hold of $300.00 placed on your credit card, similar to what hotels do for incidentals. The security hold will be automatically and fully refunded 3 days after your stay if you do not cause excess cleaning or damage during your stay.
