Cozy Mountain Stay

Enjoy quiet family days! Our apartment is cozy, 3 km from the shopping center and 6 km from Capivari. It is 60 m², with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an integrated kitchen. Flexible check-in from 3 p.m. (we anticipate when possible!). ⚠️ The building has no elevator, but it is on the 1st floor, with only one flight of stairs. Important: the apartment does not have a heater and the voltage is 110V. Our TV is NOT smart, we have a Fire TV Stick :) The space Bedroom 1 - double bed and a comfortable area for remote work - we have a macaw to help organize guests' items :) Bedroom 2 - two single beds that can be joined and used as a double bed, reading chair - we also have a macaw in this room to help organize guests' items; Full bathroom, with a very warm electric shower; A great Wi-Fi signal; Full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator and microwave; Service area with cleaning products available and a sink; We don't have heaters, but the apartment is quite cozy. Even in the low winter temperatures, we never had any problems with thermal comfort. 😊 Guest access The apartment will be 100% available to the guest, we have 1 uncovered parking space! Access to the apartment: Access is via the remote doorman. On the eve of your stay, we will ask for your details to complete the registration. Upon arrival, simply identify yourself at the front desk so that your access is released. Inside the apartment, you will find a gate control, which can be used freely during your stay, ensuring more convenience and autonomy. Route to the apartment: On the eve of your arrival, we will send you a link with the route via Waze, making it easy for you to get to the apartment in a simple and hassle-free way. Check-in: For added convenience, we'll also send you the electronic lock password, allowing you to check in quickly, easily, and at your own pace. Other things to note Bed and bath linens: We have everything ready for you: bed linens, towels, blankets and pillows. If you'd like to bring something extra, feel free! The entire apartment's voltage is 110V!
