Welcome to Chalé das Araucárias, surrounded by the exuberant nature of São Francisco Xavier. Located in a quiet area, the chalet has a stream that surrounds the site, a small hiking trail and a shower to cool off on hot days. Decorated with rustic elegance but also comfortable and very cozy. The fireplace and hearth are cozy for the cold days. A gas shower, TV with cable channels and Netflix, and a deck with a double hammock to enjoy the silence of nature. The space Surrounded by lots of greenery and at the foot of Serra Da Mantiqueira is our little corner in the countryside. Here, we take care of everything with great affection and do our best to make our guests feel welcomed and, in some way, feel at home away from home. The chalet is totally private, we have free parking and Wi-Fi, Internet with stability and excellent speed for home office work. In the kitchen, we have a microwave, sandwich maker, toaster, coffee maker, airflayer, baking pans and various household utensils so that you can prepare meals on site, with an electric and masonry barbecue. Come and enjoy the tranquility, peace, silence and simplicity of the countryside. Guest access The Chalet is totally private, so the guest will have total privacy inside the property. Other things to note The accommodation provides bed linens, bath and face towels, liquid hand and bath soap, and a hairdryer. The voltage is only 220w. We have excellent Wi-Fi with stable Internet and great speed for home office work. If you have the opportunity to work while enjoying the peace and tranquility of the countryside, come spend a few days with us!! Relax, rest and recharge your batteries... Our water comes directly from the spring, we drink it directly from the tap, but we also have a filter if you feel more secure. We provide a basket of firewood to be used in the fireplace or fire pit. If you need more firewood, you will easily find it in local shops. In the event of a power outage, we have candles, an emergency lamp and a flashlight. The shower is heated by gas. The chalet has a smoke detector, heater and ceiling fan (in the bedroom).
