Luxury lake cabin - mid-century modern flare with gorgeous views of Lake Travis. 35 min to Austin! All of the amenities of home including kitchen with stainless steel appliances & granite counters. 4 bedrooms each with a full bath & smart TV. Covered deck extends living space with outdoor sectional, dining table & beautiful views. The lower patio complete with built in gas grill. Home is located on the north side of Texas Hill Country! Close to University of Texas, TX wine country & Lake Austin. The space The home has 4 bedrooms each room with a full bathroom and smart TV. Master bedroom with king bed and walk in shower located on 1st floor. 2nd bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed, smart TV and full bath with tub. 3rd bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed plus twin bunk beds, smart TV and full bathroom with tub as well. 4th bedroom is a guest retreat over the garage complete with queen bed, 2 chairs, desk with chair, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. This room has it’s own full bathroom with tub and exterior staircase access. Off the kitchen is the study, ½ bath and laundry room. The home sleeps 10 with a maximum occupancy of 10 total (infants under two are not counted). Guest access There are 3 parking spaces available in the driveway of the home. The garage is not accessible nor available for guest use. Other things to note Residential Short Term Rental Contract, Release and Waiver of Liability/ Indemnification Agreement, and Registration for The Hollows POA required. These are required by the City of Jonestown and/or the Hollows POA for each guest. Minimum rental age is 25. Local code is set at a max capacity of 10 people including children. The Hollows amenities are available to guests, owner does not control hours nor access and may be unavailable due to weather or repairs at times. All forms must be completed for access. Main amenities center is a 5 minute drive. State and local occupancy taxes are required for booking. All stays required local City of Jonestown occupancy tax of 7%, this is covered by line item the community fee. Due to local fire code the fire pit is unavailable. Jonestown is situation on the north side of Texas Hill Country as well!
