This is luxury 1800 sq ft apartment in 2 levels. Total of 4 bedrooms (or may be 3 bedrooms and study) or 2 separate apartments. 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms on the top floor. Each floor has a sofa-sleeper. Total 2.5 bathrooms. Great kitchen with all amenities and modern stainless steel appliances. Nice space for family dinner, table and chairs. Main floor has 2 balconies, top floor has 2 huge terraces. Apartment is very bright, airy, with luxury modern furniture and decor. The space The location is very convenient, everything is nearby - restaurants, ocean, beaches, canal, stores, train stations and buses. Brighton beach is 12 minutes walk. Guest access You use entire apartment like your own during your stay, just obey the rules. Other things to note You have your own keys during your stay, both apartment and front / lobby doors. Elevator is very sensitive, so no more than 3 persons, or 2 people with luggage. Balcony doors have to be closed when you leave the apartment. No smoking, including non smoking balcony area.
