Indigo Windmill is an Hidden Gem on the Portuguese Coast, is the perfect frame for your Holidays! It has Unique Features: it was built on Lourinhã's city center hilltop, aside of an ancient XIV century Church, so it feels like being in the country but walking distance to the city center! It is also one of the few windmills with an enjoyable outdoor living area and it's just 3 minutes from the beach! You'll falling in love stay at the Indigo Windmill! Every space is made to please your senses! The space The property is walled, it has two access, a gate to get into the parking and a back door with access to the city center! You will enter the garden and pass by the Pergola(we just put vertical curtains to keep you warm in winter). It features a Jacuzzi, a fully equipped kitchen with BBQ, a dining table for 6 and and a sofa. A stone stair will bring you to the windmill patio from where you will have a nice and peaceful view of the surroundings. Inside the Windmill, at ground floor there will be the kitchen and the bathroom, upstairs a living/dining room and in the attic below the windmill mast, a cozy magic bedroom with a view to the church. Guest access All the areas are accessible and exclusive for our clients Other things to note - Guests taller than 190 cm (6'4") might experience some inconvenience in the kitchen and bathroom where ceiling is only 191 cm - Kids are very welcome, however, due to the windmill structure, the stairs could be a potential risk. Windows can be opened flap to avoid risks, though. We recommend to keep an eye on them while inside the windmill - This windmill is 200+ years old. As other old property in southern Europe, you can expect some interaction with GECKOS 🦎. They are part of the local biodiversity and often come into the property, especially in summertime.
