Our remodeled guest suite is only a three-five minute drive, to local restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, microbrewery, and more. Treescape is 1 mile to HW-17, 8 miles to Santa Cruz, 10 miles to Natural Bridges State Beach, and 15 miles to Silicon Valley. The space Guests will enjoy an spacious, 800 sq ft, one bedroom suite, separate living room, with sofa bed, that we created, inspired, to be more like an fully stocked, vacation rental, or work space. Treescape guest suite includes, Xfinity business pro WiFi, & premium channels , yes~ all of the news channels, local, and good amount of seasonal sports channels. Treescape guest suite has an amazing fully equipped kitchen, gas range, dishwasher, & endless hot water, due to our wonderful, tankless water system, (let’s just write), there’s no worries, of ever having an cold shower at Treescape. The master bedroom, is down the hallway, queen size bed, plush linens, pillows, towels, closet w/ built in storage drawers , office area, and sofa. Guest access Treescape is an lower guest suite unit, private entrance, private back deck, gentle hillside, w/ wide stairs & railing, one dedicated parking space on main driveway.
