From the moment you step inside, you are greeted by an airy, open-concept living space awash in natural light streaming through large windows. High ceilings enhance the sense of openness. The main floor features a chic living room furnished with a sleeper sofa and Smart TV, seamlessly connected to a spacious dining area that comfortably seats six. The heart of the house—the kitchen—exudes a minimalist charm. It's outfitted with brand-new appliances, including a dishwasher, and bathed in natural light. An island that seats four serves as an ideal spot for casual meals or savoring a cup of coffee. As you ascend to the second floor, discover the comfort of the expansive primary bedroom, complete with a king-sized bed swathed in luxury hotel-quality linens, a large double-sink bathroom with a glass shower, and a soothing ceiling fan. We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy. 1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine) 2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance 3) No events or parties 4) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $85. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $105. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you.
