Cozy and comfortable 100 year old cottage on a quiet street steps from the creek, trail and lakes. Enjoy everything the Nokomis area has to offer, restaurants, parks, lakes, trails, and bars. A four block walk to the the 46st Street light rail station- offering direct access to all major metro destinations (US Bank Stadium, VA Hospital, Mall of America, and airport). The rental offers privacy for a drink or coffee on the rear deck; short walk/bike to park(s), commercial, and grocery store. The space Lovely one story cottage / house in Minneapolis' Ericsson neighborhood. The Lake Nokomis Trail (part of Grand Rounds National Scenic Byway) is literally less than 100 yards. For those who enjoy a good food, the neighborhood offers wonderful options. The house offers a small private deck to enjoy after a day out and about. Our home has one main floor bedroom and has a full / double sized bed and closet. The bathroom is also located on the main floor. No animals. AC is a window unit installed from late June to September (variable). This property is properly licensed by the City of Minneapolis (tier 1). You must be at least 23 years old. No parties or group gatherings. Laundry for long term only. Guests are expected to leave the cottage in good condition with dishes done and things wiped down, items picked up and put away etc...Please only dispose of small amounts of toilet paper in the toilet. The pipes are old, fragile and cannot tolerate anything other than t.p. Guest access Please use the deck and the garden; and washer and dryer (long term only 7+ nights) in basement. Easy, plentiful and free street parking. Other things to note You are responsible for knowing and following the house rules. By booking you acknowledge what is provided on the amenities list. AC is a window unit installed seasonally. Weather and mosquitos are beyond our control. No pets, animals, space aliens or wildlife permitted. EV charging available for extra cost.
