A friendly neighborhood of Santos where you can find everything within walking distance. Public transportation is available right in front of the building, but if sustainability and exercise are your thing, you can also rent bikes across the street. Beautiful sea views from all areas. The space Modern and practical apartment to make the most of Santos and the region. To access the unit we have an automatic lock (password will be sent close to the day of check-in). Only guests authorized at the reception will be able to access the unit, for security reasons (maximum 4 guests). Full kitchen with appliances and basic utensils for preparing meals. Living room with super comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV and hammock. Dining room with table and chairs for your meals. We also have air conditioning and super-fast internet to access your favorite programs on TV or on your portable device (mobile or laptop/ipad). Bedroom with double bed and Smart TV, closet to store clothes and luggage. We provide extra towels and bed linen in the closet. We also provide guests with umbrellas and beach chairs at no extra cost (we just ask that they are returned to the unit clean). Complete bathroom with electric shower and towels. All rooms with sea view. We are on the 11th floor with access by elevators or stairs. We have bins in the unit and we ask that dry waste be separated from wet waste as the Condominium is part of the City Hall's Waste Segregation Program and we support environmental preservation. Garbage can be disposed of in the bins available on the ground floor (exit through the garage). The unit has 1 vehicle space (not fixed). Just access the garage and park in the available spaces. If the space is obstructing another vehicle, simply leave the key with the valet. Before accessing the elevators, we ask that you remove any excess sand to keep common areas clean. Follow the guidelines regarding the limit of people inside the elevator, for safety reasons. Guest access Rented unit and common areas of the building. Other things to note There is a garage in the building but it is not fixed, guests can park in any available space. Building has valet. During holiday season the garage can be full so we suggest not taking your car out all the time. Voltage 220V.
