You'll also find shopping centers conveniently located right next door. The space Enjoy a spacious second-floor garage apartment featuring a large bedroom, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. A short hallway leads to the kitchenette. The apartment is accessible through the main garage, where a private staircase takes you directly to your entrance. Please note: stairs are required to reach the apartment. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to all areas on the second floor (garage apartment), including the private bedroom, bathroom, closet, and kitchenette. You may also use the refrigerator located on the ground floor in the garage. No other spaces are shared, except for the entry area inside the main garage. Other things to note This is a toxin-free home. I use only all-natural cleaners, air fresheners, laundry detergents, and fabric softeners for a clean and healthy environment. While there is no washer and dryer in the apartment, I’m happy to assist with laundry upon request.
