This cozy beautiful condo can sleep up to 5 people comfortably with a maximum of 3 adults and 2 children . It offers a bedroom with a pillowtop queen size bed that connects to the bathroom. It also features comfortable bunk beds and a sofa sleeper for everyone’s comfort. Come & enjoy The space All condos at Villa del Sol are designed the same and are very comfortable and cozy. The Ocean Waves condo offers everything needed for your stay. The only thing you need to bring are your personal items and of course what you would like to eat if you choose to cook and your drinks except for coffee which will be provided in the condo. I hope you enjoy The Ocean Waves for I have given it a special touch for your comfort and enjoyment. Guest access Guests will pay a $20 resort fee which gives them access to covered parking for up to 2 cars per condo, access to the gated pools and to the beach. There are 2 pools, several BBQ areas throughout the resort, a Tiki area to enjoy snacks/drinks/music. Other things to note PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BBQ FROM THE BALCONY. BBQ AREAS ARE AVAILABLE OUTSIDE THOUGHOUT THE PERMISES. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO MESS around with THE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS AROUND THE BUILDING HALLWAYS AND THE FIRE/SMOKE DETECTORS INSIDE THE CONDO. IF YOU ARE COUGHT DOING SO WITH EITHER ONE A FINE OF $1500 WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUND PER AIRBNB, OR CREDIT CARD IF BOOKED OUTSIDE AIRBNB. YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CREATED BY YOU OR ANYONE SHARING THE CONDO. THESE ITEMS ARE NOT EASILY REACHABLE UNLESS YOU PURPOSELY REACH OUT TO THEM. THANK YOU FOR APPLYING TO THESE CONDITIONS, I AM SURE NONE WILL BE AN ISSUE. Please note also that HOA does not allow guests to bring any kind of pets. Only owners who live there are allowed to have pets.
