Relax with your loved one or small family at this peaceful and FAMILY FRIENDLY casita, that is an easy 10 MINUTE DRIVE to Padre and Mustang Islands, and a 5 minute drive to the Laguna Madre for great fishing. Shopping and great restaurants also a 5-10 minute drive . This home will comfortably accommodate 4 ADULTS. Total of 6 is the max as long as it’s NOT 6 ADULTS , this would be very crowded. A FAMILY OF 6 WITH SMALL CHILDREN would work and be very “cozy”. The space It’s a small home but very comfortable and a great place to rest between outdoor activities. It was completely remodeled recently and has new floors, paint, appliances etc. The master bedroom is a medium-sized room with a roomy master bath and closet and a 32 inch TV. The second bedroom is a little tight with 2 beds, a full and twin bed, with just enough room to walk between the beds, and a small closet. The second bathroom in the hallway is also small but serves its purpose. The living room is cozy with a futon that makes a bed ( like most futons it doesn’t make the most comfortable bed for an adult) and two chairs with ottomans. The living room also has a 48inch TV on the wall that swivels so you can watch from the living room or the dining area. We only have streaming on our TV’s. Please login to your own streaming accounts. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware, wine glasses, margarita glasses, pots/pans, a few very basic spices and cooking spray. We even stocked with toddler dishes and cups. The laundry area has a brand new front load washer and dryer. The backyard has a privacy fence with an outdoor table and umbrella with 4 chairs, a chemenea and charcoal grill. Please bring your own wood and/or charcoal if you would like to use the chemenea or grill. Please know this home is comfortable for four adults. The max is six if there are small children. Guest access Everything except the garage. Other things to note There are extra blankets in both bedroom closets. In the master closet are extra sheets and mattress protectors for each bed and are labeled for each bed. Please use mattress protectors if linens incidentally need changing. There is bedding, mattress protector, and an egg crate for the living room futon as well, located in master closet. Registration Details 2023-015736
