This beachfront condo is located on North Beach at Villa Del Sol, building # 2. Steps away from restaurants, USS Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, Hooks Field and many other attractions. This is a 418 sq.ft. fully furnished condo in a gated community that can accommodate a total of 6 guests. It is equipped with full kitchen, including dishes, pots and pans, silverware, coffee pot, towels and linens. Balcony chairs/table included. Please bring your beach towels and chairs. The space Master Bathroom- queen bed Hallway-Cot size bunk beds Living Room- Ottoman converts to queen size mattress Covered parking on first come first serve basis for 2 cars Coin/Credit operated washer and dryer on every floor Security personnel on site BBQ areas located throughout the facility with charcoal grill 2 Pools (1 heated) Guest access Complex is in the process of being updated and is undergoing renovations. Our unit is not impacted, however elevators could be impacted. Unit is located on the 2nd floor. Other things to note No smoking No pets allowed- the HOA has a strict no pet policy No events, parties or large gatherings Quiet hours after 10 pm Please take trash to the trash bins located on each floor Please wash all dishes before check out Please place all used towels on the shower floor
