This is a freshly set up 1,130 sq foot townhome with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two car garage with a bonus third parking spot. Each bedroom is equipped with a king bed. The master bedroom has a bathroom en suite and a walk-in closet. We have a 70” Smart TV with DirecTV and Wi-Fi throughout the unit. The unit is equipped with most standard kitchen and bedroom amenities. Our location is second to none. We are located 0.2 miles (1000 feet) from AT&T Stadium. Outside your front door is a beautiful unimpeded view of the stadium. You'll enjoy a safe and pleasant 5 minute walk or less to the main entrance. We are also walking distance (0.7 miles) to Globe Life Field and Texas Live. Walmart is conveniently next door for any last minute necessities. Let me know if you have any questions. Other things to note Parking: You will be required to park inside the garage during your stay. Your townhome provides two parking spaces within the garage. Please ensure all vehicles are parked in the garage at all times. An additional parking space is available directly behind the garage, but be mindful as it's small and will block access. In the event you use the third space, the wheels must not touch the red fire lane. Any vehicles not parked in the garage or directly behind the garage in the third space behind the fire lane are subject to tow. Towing is strictly enforced due to our close proximity to AT&T stadium. The parking spaces at the entrance of the property and at the end of the street are not available for use. Additional Garage Details: The garage comfortably fits two large vehicles, such as a Ford F-150 Crew Cab with a short bed. The garage measures 21'6" in depth. There is a 4'6" concrete step down inside the garage. The distance from the end of concrete step down to the garage door is 17'. Larger trucks may need to back in until the wheels touch the step down. The bed of the truck would then clear the concrete step down. The entrance height is 80", providing clearance with a couple of inches to spare. If your vehicle size presents an issue, please inform us promptly so we can make alternative arrangements.
