This 1b 1b apartment is my little piece of heaven. Great neighborhood, awesome amenities, and the best location in Austin. Nestled right in the best nature and outdoorsy spots. Sitting at the mouth of the green belt trail (3 min walk), leading directly to Barton Springs (25 min walk), ending with the beautiful Zilker park (30 min walk). It’s literally the best kept secret location in Austin. Did I mention steps from the famous Tacodeli Tex-mex and Thom’s Market!? #MustStay #Austin The space The layout of the apartment is long so it feels like you have a lot of room. A comfy 666 sq feet feels like bigger. The master is plenty of space even after my queen bed, & BIG walk in closet. The living room is a great place to hangout and chill, the bathroom is right off the living room. The bathroom is my favorite spot all updated appliances and looking sparkly! Kitchen nook is around the bend and is a great space for cooking meals! Desk area is where a dinning room table is for working remote folks so no official dining room table. Outdoor balcony is large and a great places to catch some rays and listen to the birds!
