Cozy, modern home in Central Texas w/ 2 queen beds

A modern and comfortale place for your stay in central Texas located in San Marcos, Texas. about 30-45 minutes to Austin and about 50 minutes to San Antonio. The space Only 40 minutes from Austin and one hour from San Antonio, this home is the perfect stay while in central Texas. The master bedroom has an Xbox you're welcome to use and the living room has a Ninendo switch with 4 controllers you're welcome to use as well. This is my personal home that I am using for Airbnb while on vacation with my dog. Although I keep it as clean as I can, you may find a dog hair here or there. Guest access It's a three bedroom house that is currently my primary residence. i will have my personal belongings locked in two closets downstairs and the closet in the master bedroom. the right hand side of the pantry and refrigerator are for the guests :) Other things to note please respect the neighborhood and my property. No parties. I am very close with my neighbors and if they complain about the noise I will cancel the reservation.
