The entirety of Suite A is on the ground floor, Suites B and C occupy the second floor, and Suite D occupies the third floor. Suite E is the detached single family home on the property, also known as the carriage house, which also houses the laundry room. Set in a historic part of Denton, the property sits close to Courthouse square, on the east-running Hickory Street. The west-running Oak Street is just north of Hickory Street. While part of the historic district, it is not formally on the historic registry. There are a number of homes nestled in between Oak and Hickory Street that have historic designation and have to maintain certain standards for historic reasons. Parking in downtown historic Denton is challenging, specifically on the square itself. It is highly advisable to park at the property and walk to the square and the immediate surrounding area. There are some paid parking lots on the east side of the square if you absolutely require parking, and with a little bit of timing, luck, and patience you might be able to snag a spot on the square.
