The master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bathroom is located conveniently for the second bedroom and the living room. All bathrooms come stocked with hotel sized amenities! High quality linens are provided for all beds and baths. The complex has 2 pools, 4 hot tubs, communal charcoal grills and an amazing amount of open green space and with beautiful shade trees. It's a perfect place for a picnic! This condo is on the first floor and does have an elevator. This condo only provides 2 parking spots. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. You will receive 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.
