Other things to note Check-out Check-out time is until 11 AM. Late check-out: Half a daily rate for up to 5 extra hours (payment via PIX or cash). Availability must be confirmed on the same day, provided there is no other booking after your stay. Cleaning and Pool House cleaning and pool maintenance take place between 8 AM and 11:30 AM. If you do not wish to use the cleaning service, please inform us the day before. Bed Linen and Towels Replacement Bed linen and towels are replaced every 3 days. Towels must not be taken outside the house or used as floor mats. A fee of R$80.00 per damaged item (payment via PIX or cash). Care and Respect for the Environment Any damage or loss caused by the guest will be charged at the replacement cost. Toilet paper: Please dispose of it in the trash bin. Air conditioning: Turn it off when leaving the room. Respect the quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. The stay of unregistered visitors is not allowed. Do not exceed the limit of 4 people per house. Be Responsible for Your Pet Do not let your pet climb on the bed or sofa. If your pet uses the indoor space for their needs, a cleaning fee of R$100 will be charged after check-out. Clean up after your pet. Do not use the house utensils for your pet. If needed, we provide appropriate items. Only 1 pet is allowed per house. Additional Rules Barbecues are not allowed. Minibar Minibar consumption must be paid via PIX or cash.
