The front room is a great spot to have a cup of coffee, get some work done on the desk, or just watch a show on the smart TV. The dinning space is great for a group meal or workspace. The main level room is smaller and cozy, and the upstairs room is massive! In our home you will find: ~ 2 Bedrooms with a total of 3 queen beds. ~ Large kitchen w/ bar-top and 3 stools, and all essentials needed to prepare a light meal. ~ Living room with sleeper couch, Smart TV. ~ Dinning room with table and chairs. ~ Laundry available for use in the basement. This two bedroom apartment is recently been renovated and filled with just the right furniture for a perfect stay. This Victorian-era house has tall and vaulted ceilings, stainless appliances, new bamboo floors, all new windows, all new bathroom and kitchen. Guest access Guests will have the entire second and third floor, two bedroom apartment to themselves. Private bathroom and kitchen included. Guest will also have access to the basement where laundry machines are. Other things to note Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner). PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home.
