A nice big playroom with several toys for boys and girls, a Pacman arcade, a cinema corner for children, and even a small haunted house on the yard are all elements that will make the little ones happy. ***** CHARGED WITH HISTORY You will stay in one of the 4 former row schools of the parish of Saint-Étienne-de-Bolton! By revamping the house, we took care to preserve the rich architecture of the house. The woodworks and a multitude of signs showing wear that we do not want to see disappear ... a visual pleasure! You will be charmed by the originality and the elegance of the furnishings in this home. A talented local craftsman revamped and has harmonized old furniture to fit into our cottage ***** GREAT PROXIMITY Not only can people from Montreal get to Saint-Étienne in just 1 hour, but several tourist attractions can be found a few kilometers from the cottage. The picturesque village of Eastman is only a 5 minute drive away while Bromont, the famous Mont Orford as well as Magog and its beaches are at a distance of 20 minutes. If your wish is to simply relax in nature without taking your vehicle, know that the village of Saint-Étienne provides access to the North Missisquoi valley (hiking, kayaking, cycling) and to the Eastern Townships trails for hiking. ***** Here are 2 THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting our chalet: 1- NO PARTY ALLOWED Having good neighborliness as a priority, we recommend that party people do not rent the property. Evictions and fines will apply where applicable. 2- ARRIVAL: AFTER 4:00 PM / DEPARTURE: BEFORE 10:00 As we allow arrivals for 4 p.m, departures must be done by 10 a.m in the morning. We must give the cleaning team a full 6 hours to prepare the place well between two stays. Guest access - information messages will be sent to you as soon as the reservation is confirmed. - A user manual will also allow you to find answers to all your questions. - It's important to note that the sanitary instructions for tourist residences have been installed.
