Upper floor: 3 bedrooms (queen size bed, single and another with single bunk bed) each with cold/heat mini-split and closet, two bedrooms share a full bathroom and the master bedroom has its own bathroom and hairdryer; living room with a love seat. Ground floor: covered double garage, ½ bathroom, living room, dining room, laundry room, equipped kitchen, barbecue area in the patio. Wi-Fi connection. The space The kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, refrigerator, and grill, as well as the necessary utensils for food preparation. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, and a clothesline in case you need it. The patio has a large space designed to enjoy a nice afternoon making a delicious roast meat next to a relaxing fountain. In Nuevo León there are water reductions and/or cuts, the house is equipped with a water tank in case this happens.
