This casita has just been renovated from top to bottom. It is fully furnished and decorated. It sits on a quiet and family oriented golf neighborhood. It has a nice backyard setting to enjoy in peace a family reunion and bird watching. Very close to prime shopping, dining and family attractions. One bedroom, one bathroom and living space to relax or gather with family. Fully functional kitchen with all brand new appliances, including a Keurig coffee machine with k-cups. Access to the house is by using a personal assigned code to unlock the main door. We respect the privacy of our guests and never show up unannounced. We reach via the Airbnb app to check if everything is going fine. La Casita 2 sits on a very quiet golf course neighborhood. There are some bodies of water, please keep always an eye on your children while playing outside. The neighborhood is great for walking and bird watching. The house is close to shopping, entertainment and a variety of dining places. Look for the illuminated street and house number on the front window.
