The Marfa room :) has two extremely comfy gel-topped single beds. Each bedroom has a closet with hangers and an organizer. The backyard is large and private with a gazebo, lounge furniture, propane grill, picnic table, and propane firepit. The stocked kitchen has coffee makers (Keurig and French-press), filtered cold water, large farmhouse sink, tea kettle, bar seating and Quartz counters. The bathroom has an oversized walk-in shower. Recessed and dimmable LED lights throughout let you customize lighting to your liking. You will have a completely private home and fully-enclosed backyard space all to yourself. No space is shared with the other side of the duplex. The gazebo, firepit, front porch with bistro set, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are all yours to enjoy! Absolutely no smoking, no parties, small pets allowed with pet fee Age requirement: Guests must be 23+ to book. I will be available for messages via the AirBNB app/website and am VERY responsive. I have a co-manager located right in Johnson City if anything is needed in an emergency. We are located right near the heart of Johnson City on a quiet neighborhood street 1/2 mile west of downtown. The neighbors are all typical friendly rural Texans with stories to tell. It's very quiet here, and our 8 foot privacy fence ensures you will feel safely enveloped in your own space. For local dining, you must check out Pecan Street Brewery, Proof and Cooper, Reck 'Em Brewing, or Bryan's on 290. Parking available for 3 cars (2 in driveway and one on street in front of home) You can walk to downtown, museums, coffee, restaurants. We are 1 block off Hwy 290, so driving to Fredericksburg, Austin, San Antonio is super easy!
