Just minutes from shopping centers, dining, banks, Texas A&M, and La Palmera mall and freeway access. About 5 miles to Ocean Drive. The space Private large room with lock. Very spacious room with walk-in closet and plenty of storage space. Home has central A/C and heat but room also has ceiling fan with light. Vinyl flooring. This home is an older home that has been remolded over the years. It is a very functionable home, with plenty of room. However there are wear and tears throughout the house that should not impact your stay. The walk in closet for this room is due for a paint job. It's on our to-do list. **Note: This is 1 of 4 bedrooms in this Airbnb home. This bedroom shares a bathroom. Please take note of this if you have concerns of who you are sharing a home with. This home mainly serves working people, therefore quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am M-F and 10 pm to 8 am Sat-Sun. Must be neat and willing to keep common areas clean. Guest access Any where in the property except for other bedrooms, supply closet and garage. Shared and common areas are: *Fully equipped kitchen with place setting for 8, pot and pans, good size refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker. *Bathroom *Dining Room Area *Living room *Common work place *Dryer/Washer It's very important that all guest tidy after themselves so that other guest are not impacted in any way. This includes, washing dishes, cleaning off stove and counters, securing any food, and somewhat organize food left in the refrigerator. There are cleaning supplies available for sweeping, moping, cleaning products for you to use during your stay. During your stay We will be available to offer help throughout the stay via text and through Airbnb app. Upon booking, we will provide the contact info. We encourage any communication as issues or concerns arise, either with the house or with other guests. Other things to note This is a non-smoking home. You make smoke outside. There is a back yard however it is not set-up for entertaining just yet, coming soon though. The home has been remolded but still in progress. Furnishings are new as of 4/17/2023. Everything is in working order and we strive in keeping the home clean. For long term rentals, initial essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo/body wash, paper towels will be provided. Guest will need to replenish as needed. Parking - the driveway has space for 1 car, and there is street parking as well. Parking on drive way will depend on availability at your time of booking.
