The space 2 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, working space, Awesome backyard with pool, fire pit and movie projector. We try to make sure we are providing what we have always wanted/missed in other AirBnBs we have stayed at to make your experience the most enjoyable. - Comfy Tuft&Needle Queen Mattresses. Quiet neighborhood, you will have a good night of sleep. - Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need: good pots, more than enough cutlery, knives, instant pot, nutribullet, coffee french press and drip, electric kettle and tea kettle, spices... Also included, a snow cone machine for those sunny Texas days around the pool!!! - Standing des with monitor and GFiber, really comfortable office chair. (Treadmill is not working at the moment) - Enjoy clean air, we have an April Filter Unit installed on the Central AC and there is also an Air purifier device on the house. Guest access Entire house EXCEPT for 2 closets and garage -no worries, lots of storage space around the house including 2 closets in master bedroom and our driveway can accommodate 3 cars, there is also plenty street parking too. Other things to note PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING A matching photo ID will be requested before sending out the check-in information Exterior video surveillance at entrance points. We care about protecting your privacy - NO cameras facing the interior or inside the house. While we don’t mind a friend or two joining you for a backyard hang we kindly request your guests vacate the premises by midnight. No more than 2 extra visitors please and no parties allowed (you will be fined and may have to leave the property with no refund). No smoking and/or vaping indoors or near any entry points, if you smoke in the backyard please dispose of your butts in the ashcan properly. Any evidence of smoking indoors will incur a minimum $200 fine. Please note, our pool is not heated, however, is open year-round. A few Instructions: Pool - Skimmer basket (round basket in pool with lid) should be emptied daily to keep pool flowing and clean (pool cleaner runs better). You can dump the content in green trash bin next to the brick fence. - Pool cleaning company comes every Tuesday (we cannot control what kind of wind/debris happens before your stay but there is a net on the side in case you need it). - Avoid accidents, don't use glass around the pool. There are plenty BPA-free plastic cups and stainless steel tumblers in the kitchen that will keep your beverage cold! Trash - If you stay during a Tuesday, Wednesday, please set trash bins (on right side of house next to brick fence) at curb Tuesday night (they come early). Patio - Patio lights, ask GSpeaker, "Hey G. turn on/off light strings" - Grilling manual on drawer in kitchen island, as well as grilling utensils.
