The space After experiencing the neighborhood and nearby downtown sites, snuggle into the comfy queen bed and hotel-quality linens in the primary bedroom or curl up on the queen-sized sleeper sofa. Keep the family entertained or work from home with high-speed wifi and large smart TV. Stream your favorites on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and more! In the kitchen, you’ll find a full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine. Sip your morning coffee on one of the two private patios or enjoy a scrummy meal before heading back out into the city. Clean up in a snap with the unit’s dishwasher and washer/dryer! Free parking is available throughout the complex and you’ll access the apartment easily through the keyless entry. Get out of the apartment and explore hot spots within walking distance! Grab meat-free lunch at Citizen Eatery before heading off to Wild and Beautiful Day Spa. Bring the kids for pancakes at the famous Kerbey Lane Cafe, or try their seasonal menu. Dogs are welcome too! Bring your furry family out to explore Yard Bar or Sparky Pocket Park. Wrap up your day of adventure over drinks at Honey Moon Spirit Lounge. Parking is available throughout the complex. Other things to note We have security cameras outside of our home at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside of the home, respecting our guests' privacy. 1) No smoking of any kind allowed inside the home ($350 fine). However, this building allows smoking on the premises. Please be respectful of your neighbors. 2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance 3) No events or parties 4) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $85. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $105. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused. 5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it 6) Minimum age requirement is 25 7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night 8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay
