The house feels very private, but you're also a five minute drive from main street. There is AC in the summertime for cooling, and there is a dehumidifier available for use. A short five minute drive to the town of Delhi, the area feels secluded nestled up to a hill. A car is the best way to get around, although you could walk to town in about 30 minutes!
