The Heritage Suite

The Heritage Suite is nestled under Texas Oaks in a friendly, quiet community just two minutes from the town center of Brownwood. The top floor/second story suite is comfortable, spacious, and attentive. It's perfect for business travelers or a couple who need a furnished 1-12 month rental. It's your newly remodeled home away from home. The owner is a SUPERHOST with 10 total properties. This space is NEW. The space **We are consistently committed to keeping The Heritage Suite cleaned spotless after every guest, hence the cleaning fee. We take cleanliness and health very seriously. We hope to host you soon!** This suite is newly redesigned and has been carefully curated to host our cherished guests. We do not keep personal belongings here, so our biggest hope is that you feel this is YOUR home away from home. We've taken care to add unique details to the suite that make you feel welcome & cozy. Special touches can be found throughout the suite, along with 2 plush Queen size beds with 800+ thread count sheets. Both bedrooms are complete with closets (as well as an additional large walk-in closet) bed side tables, plus plenty of storage space throughout. The updated bathroom (shower/tub combo) has attentive amenities for both men and women, including make up mirror & hair dryer, towels, washcloths, iron & ironing board, etc. There is a brand new Smart TV in the spacious living room, so you can kick back & relax while watching your favorite tv shows. The newly updated kitchen has significant cabinet space, as well as brand new appliances. It has many of the necessary culinary tools, dishware, and utensils. There is a Keurig machine with complimentary coffee and tea pods. There will also be treats and bottles of water upon your arrival. The dining table can double as a work space. It sits in its own space next to the living room and kitchen. There are also front and back porches with room for a chair to relax outside as you sip your morning coffee & afternoon glass of wine. This is a NON SMOKING residence. Smoke smell- OF ANY KIND- in The Heritage Suite will result in a large additional fee on top of the standard cleaning fee. The laundry room is shared with other guests. You will need quarters and your own laundry detergent. There is a tall laundry basket in your linen closet for your convenience. There is a DRY CLEANING location a couple blocks away (1 min drive), as well as a wash & fold cleaners 7 min away that we love. Ask us for recs! We've really tried to think of everything to help make your stay the best it can be, and we welcome any feedback directly to us. Guest access The suite has its own private entrances, accessible from the back parking lot courtyard, and the front parking spaces on Avenue G. It also comes with its own reserved parking space in the back courtyard. Other things to note One more time for the people in the back: NO PETS NO PARTIES NO SMOKING (of any kind) This is a special place, which took special people and funds to bring it all together, and keep it in tip top shape for YOU. If it is not left the same or better than you found it, a "damages" bill will find... you.
