Minutes from downtown by car; bus stop at the end of the block; and walking distance to food, drinks, and parks makes this quiet, 3-story townhome the perfect place for Professional, University Students, or people coming to explore our wonderful city! Guaranteed parking spot! Room includes desk, office chair, nice on-camera background, fiber internet, a private patio, and plenty of under-bed and closet storage space. The space Welcome to my home! I live here and work from home (though I travel a lot and have odd hours). I am a long-time guest myself, so I took everything from my favorite stays and incorporated them into my home to make it as welcoming and travel friendly as possible! I rent multiple rooms, so you will likely have other house guests around. The home is large and even at full capacity stays pretty quiet. The kitchen and living room are common areas (with plenty of space!). In the kitchen, you have designated pantry, cabinet, and drawer space so you don't have to worry about your food or snacks going missing. I even provide place settings for 4 so you have guaranteed dishes no matter how many people are in the house. My maids come semi-weekly (they've been with me for years, long before I started hosting) to clean the common areas and handle my personal things, though there are cleaning supplies and rags on the 2nd floor for big spills or messes. The maids will clean your bathroom and floors (no linens or laundry) if you would like. You just have to leave your door open :D Parking is available, though with it being a single drive for 3 townhomes, being able to back up and park close to others is a plus (though not a necessity). There is street parking a block away should you not feel comfortable backing up to park. Guest access You are welcome to any area on the second floor, except my office; I often pop by throughout the days to work. Please do not enter any bedroom that is not yours. During your stay I am as available or distant as you prefer. Most of my guests I end up friends with, but I’ve also had several I never saw and only messaged a couple of times - completely up to you! If I am away, my assistant, Allison, or her husband, Chris, steps in to help with any immediate needs :) Other things to note While there is guaranteed parking it is a bit tight since it is a townhome. If you are uncomfortable, there is plenty of street parking one block away. I drive a large truck and can fit into all of the spaces, so I am confident whatever you drive can be accommodated :) Registration Details STR-2025-000329
