Apartment with stunning views of the Serra da Mantiqueira, in loft style, is located in the private condominium Chácara Gloc Villa, in a unique, cozy and romantic place. Inspired by the colors and decorations of Southwest Asia, it is fully structured and equipped for your comfort. It has a living room with a library, a dining room with a bar and a full kitchen. The space features a double bed with a smart TV, plus two single beds, a toilet and a bathroom. The space With the pandemic, we completely changed the way we receive and host. The farm has been transformed into a small private condominium within a 7,000-square-meter property, which is still called Chácara Gloc Villa. Currently, there are two houses and four loft apartments. We live in one of the houses, which we named Vêneto. Next to it is Casa Toscana. In addition to these two houses, there are four apartments located in a new building, called Morocco, Africa, Bali, and Shanghai. All have been recently renovated, and there is yet another apartment under construction. All houses and apartments share the same common spaces, such as a swimming pool, barbecue, gardens, parking and gazebo. It is worth mentioning that the farm is still undergoing renovations. Some common areas are under construction, but nothing that compromises your stay. We consider it important to inform you so that you are aware of the continuous improvements we make.
