Grace’s Space

Grace is a college freshman and her mom is trying to make enough to pay for her books next semester by renting out her room :-). The bedroom/bathroom is located upstairs. The house is otherwise occupied by two adults, a teenage boy and two fantastic cats. We are fairly quiet people who get up pretty early in the day and make an effort to dine together each evening. We tend to all get engaged in our own "stuff" and welcome you to do the same. The space In addition to Grace's room and bathroom - you are welcome to use the rest of the house, with the understanding that they may or may not be "guest" worthy. In other word's they'll be cleaned to our standards, but maybe not what I'd really want for guests. You should feel free to put leftovers in the fridge, use the microwave, get ice, smoke outside on the back porch, etc. Guest access This room is totally yours for the duration. There is a TV, with digital antenna & roku attached. Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime subscription available as well. Room has a ceiling fan, but the the closet is not really available, although it would be fine if you needed to hang a few things, just don't expect it to be empty of other things. During your stay I do work outside of the home and am gone three days a week 530 AM - 5 PM. I typically work from home two days (Tuesday - Friday.) I'm happy to visit when I'm here, but otherwise can answer questions via email/text. The rest of my family is not as social as I am. The teenager will greet you, but my partner may not, don't take it personally. Other things to note My 16 year old son, Mikel, goes back and forth between his dad's and here and may or may not be here during your stay. Even if he is at his dads for the week, he does catch the bus from here and will be around in the morning before 815 and in the afternoon from 430-515ish. He's a friendly boy and will say Hi, but otherwise stays engaged with his phone and video games.
