It's down the street from famous W 6th and a short walk to the Lady Bird Hike and Bike Trail, which loops around Lady Bird Lake downtown. Many bars and restaurants are a short walk or a super easy scoot to and it's also very close to downtown with great access via ride share (or walking), which means you're super close to everything. The apartment sleeps 4 people comfortably with 2 in the king bed and 2 on the comfy sleeper sofa. There is washer and dryer in the apartment. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy. 1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) (up to $350 fine) 2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance 3) No events or parties 4) We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $85. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $105. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused. 5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you.
