Welcome to your home away from home! We are centrally located in the heart of Arlington, Texas—a 20 minute walk to Cowboys Stadium & a 4 minute drive to Six Flags. Less than 2 miles away you will find dozens of restaurant, bar, & entertainment options. We are 15 minutes from Fort Worth & 20 from Dallas. Our space boasts a large open concept living/dining/kitchen area, with enough seating for communal dining! The bedrooms are spacious with private televisions. We hope you’re ready to relax! The space Living Room--55" smart TV with remote. Designated work space with a desk & chair. There is a notebook here for guests to tell us about your experience in Arlington! Kitchen--Fully stocked with kitchen essentials including pots, pans, & cookie sheets, as well as salt, pepper, & oil. Coffee maker & Black Rifle Coffee Company ground coffee provided, with coffee cups (in cabinet above coffee maker), sugar, & sugar alternatives available (in drawer under coffee maker). Toaster in bottom cabinet. Glass plates, bowls, & cups as well as plastic plates, bowls, & cups in overhead cabinets. 12 stemmed wine glasses. Wine bottle opener, can opener, measuring cups & utensils provided. There are cutting boards, mixing bowls, & food storage containers in the island drawers & cabinets. Dishwasher pods, dish soap, a dish sponge, & paper towels are provided. Dining room--Long dining table that seats 8, with additional 4 barstools nearby at the kitchen island. Wall mural "HOWDY YALL" makes for a great photo opportunity! Master bedroom--Queen bed with double nightstands. En suite bathroom with a waterfall shower. Body wash & 2-in-1 provided for showers. Towels & washcloths are provided with dark washcloths available for makeup removal. 43" smart TV with remote. Large walk in closet. Bunk room--2 sets of full-over-full bunk beds (4 full beds in total). 2 nightstands. Large double door closet. Secondary bedroom--Queen bed with nightstand. 43" smart TV with remote. Secondary bedroom--Full bed with nightstand. 43" smart TV with remote. Shared bathroom--Bathtub/shower combo. Towels & washcloths stocked, & dark washcloths available for makeup removal. Body wash & 2-in-1 are in the shower. Hair dryer stored under the sink with extra toilet paper. Laundry room--LG washing machine & dryer. Ivory laundry soap provided in overhead cabinetry. Iron & mini ironing board stored behind the door. Half bathroom--Located in the laundry room hall. Garage/game room--Includes a ping pong table, corn hole boards, & a couch for lounging.
