The space This property is a new build and has been called one of the nicest properties on the entirety of Lake Dunlap. Everything is new and it feels that way when you walk in. Vaulted ceilings and huge windows make the space feel even bigger than it is. There are views of the 1.2 acre green backyard and aged Oak trees from almost anywhere in the house making it feel like a resort but with the comforts of home. BEDROOMS: The home boasts 3 bedrooms and can sleep 10 guests today. Bedroom 1 - The master is the largest with a King size bed and tall floor to ceiling windows that overlook the lawn. It has an ensuite bathroom with his/her sinks and also twin showers. Bedroom 2 - This room has a queen size bed, two large windows looking out the side of the house. This room gets the darkest of all rooms. Bedroom 3 - This room has a queen size bed and a queen size bunk bed. It shares the bathroom with Bedroom 2. All rooms are setup for couples and we've left a pack n' play in the master walk-in closet for all the babies. Because of the big windows we recommend using one of the walk-ins for a nap area. BATHROOMS: We have 2.5 bathrooms in the house. Every bedroom is connected to a bathroom. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a shower and toilet. They have their own sinks / mirrors. There is an additional 1/2 bath by the front door. Every room has a large walk-in closet. The whole house overlooks the 1.2-acre lawn. At the back of the yard is our own private beach and boat dock. The river is clean and ready to be swam in. We have a boat launch that accommodates two boats and we offer a stand-up paddle board and a kayak for personal use as well. The entire back lot is sealed so children can roam within the safety of the property's boundaries (watch out for the waterline). The space is quiet and perfect for couples or families looking for a serene place to unwind. Guests frequently tell us how peaceful and beautiful the backyard is.
