The US border is a mere 30 minutes away, making this gem easier to reach than you might think. Other things to note No unregistered guests or visitors allowed during your stay. Guest list (10 maximum including children) must be registered 24 hours prior to your arrival. Once registered there's no changes. NO EXCEPTIONS. There's surveillance cameras located inside the elevators, hallways, parking and common areas for security purposes. HOA has basic community rules that need to be followed in order to have a peaceful experience otherwise you may be asked to leave the condominium and lose your reservation. AC & Heating Use We’re committed to keeping our prices affordable while being mindful of energy consumption. To help us with this, we kindly ask that you use the air conditioning and heating only when necessary. Please remember to turn them off whenever you leave the house and at the end of your stay. This small effort goes a long way in helping us conserve energy and maintain reasonable rates for all our guests. Please note that excessive or improper use may result in an additional charge. *Washer & Dryer Use: we do offer access to a washer and dryer for your convenience.
