The space This is a beautiful two story condo has five bedrooms with smart TV in each one, five full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms, dining room and two balconies with a gorgeous180 degree ocean view. Guest access The amenities offered are: *Heated Indoor Pool and Jacuzzi *Outdoor Pool and Jacuzzi *Access to Private Beach Opening hours: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. *Washer & Dryer Use: we do offer access to a washer and dryer for your convenience. Please note that there is an additional charge of $60 for use during your stay. If you’d like to add this service, just let us know in advance, and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you Other things to note No unregistered guests or visitors allowed during your stay. Guest list (10 maximum including children) must be registered 24 hours prior to your arrival. Once registered there's no changes. NO EXCEPTIONS. There's surveillance cameras located inside the elevators, hallways, parking and common areas for security purposes. HOA has basic community rules that need to be followed in order to have a peaceful experience otherwise you may be asked to leave the condominium and lose your reservation. AC & Heating Use We’re committed to keeping our prices affordable while being mindful of energy consumption. To help us with this, we kindly ask that you use the air conditioning and heating only when necessary. Please remember to turn them off whenever you leave the house and at the end of your stay.
