There is another unit in the backyard, but this space has a private fence and yard. Ladder style stais to go up to bedroom/loft area. The space Lofted space with bedroom upstairs. Ladder style stairs. Tatami mat for stretching/meditating. Record player and books. Space has fence and private yard area. Perfect for someone or couple comfortable with tiny homes/camping/2 burner stove top/Breville oven/air fryer pro oven! Small grill outside with patio chairs and a table. I have a small raised garden bed with lots of herbs and tomatoes right now ! Coffee grinder and coffee beans with French press provided. Tea kettle provided. I try my best to provide quality coffee from local roasters. There is a small fridge with a freezer perfect size for single person or couple to store a weeks worth of food. Local grocery store within 5 minutes walking distance. I love buying the fresh baked bread they sell, usually individually wrapped squares of focaccia or ciabatta. The space is very special to me and sits on historic land near a creek. Very private and peaceful. Sleeping in the loft and looking out the windows you’ll see trees and my neighbors backyard where there are chickens. There are lots of birds and you may hear them singing. Bamboo grows abundantly in the backyard and makes for a perfect backdrop to read a book or drink a cup of coffee or tea. Mosquito repellent is provided! It is quite woodsy so there is a lot of natural life. It makes this space a unique retreat in the city of Austin. Guest access Entire house plus private fenced in yard.
