With this in mind, we have smart TVs in all areas, ceiling fans, tile floors floors throughout, & a large kitchen w/ air-fryer, Instapot, Keurig coffee maker, and for the coffee aficionados, a coffee bean grinder and filter. 3 MIN walk to grocery, restaurants, & gym! Pet friendly. Very calming environment, full of light, and color. Ideal location allows for quick walks to the basics, yet is close to the highway, to get around town. 5 minute drive to Lake Arlington! Guests have access to the entire house. We're always available, when needed. Very quiet street, and yet, a 5 minute walk, you're in the middle of restaurants, daycare center, gyms, and shops. Walking distance to groceries, but a car is always helpful in Texas. Security cameras record audio and video of the front of the house at all times.
